Valmir has been in the US of A for only four months - all of those spent in Las Vegas. He came to the US because of a fight with his brother. (He also came over with his arm in a cast that has since been removed) He currently waits tables and lives alone - aside from some saltwater fish. So friends are very needed. Friends to show him around, friends to make him feel good about himself, people who for some reason want to be hypnotized. He'd be a loyal friend, but at times a little clueless.

A romantic, loyal guy, Valmir maybe clueless when you give him the silent treatment but once he knows you're angry he'll try to remedy it. If he can of course. His natural determination drives him to solve any issue you might have but this doesn't mean he won't give up. If he thinks you'll just forever be unhappy he will do what he feels best and let you go on your own way. A romantic relationship would take a while, because Valmir is a man who likes to court a lady. Personally I'd like to see him fall for a one night stand but I could work with a lot.

Valmir is not a mean guy who picks up enemies more than the average person. But I am sure people will get annoyed with him. I am sure people will find strange and alienating. These plots would be interesting to play out so I am welcome to them.

Hmm. So his app is darling. But as for what could possibly happen between anyone here, I dunno.
Sara and him could get along, I guess. Despite the fact that she likes alcohol, haha. I could, however, definitely see her deciding to 'teach him things'. She's new to the area too, so while they're exploring together, she could end up teaching him important things. Like sarcasm. Or wittiness. Or fashion. Lol.

As for Matthew, I'd love for them to be friends. They're both so...idk. Lost? I mean, he's in a different country for chrissakes!
And I just love it when two different people meet.

Valmir definitely needs to be taught sarcasm. And them exploring together sounds good. I can see him now, "I hear there is show with pirates. And boat sinks at end! We see, yes?"

But, yeah. I guess I could figure something out for Sara and him too, cause they need more thought.
Matthew and Valmir could just bump into each other and he's all like sorry and then matthew is like 'wtf, dude, you speak weird'. And then be all apologetic cause he sucks ass at being nice.
