we at VLV want to make it as easy as possible to apply to our site. therefore, we've created an easy to use board, where you will be able to find anything and everything you need. the rules are stated there, but in case you were wondering, you must create a registered account in order to post an application, and you must use the application form. in order to be accepted, you will have to receive two 'APPROVAL' declarations from either admins or moderators. you will have three chances to modify your application before it is denied, but you are always welcome to post an entirely new biography after. happy applying, and good luck to all!

in order to claim PBs, birthdays, and such, you must visit the "paper work" section of the "YELLOWPAGES." there, you will find all sorts of claim threads, so simply post using the code provided, and you will have ultimate possession of whatever your heart desires...to claim! see, it's that simple.

you may have noticed the "LIVING" section of the site, and a bunch of boards listing hotels, motels, apartment buildings and housing complexes, and you were probably wondering, "well, wait. i want a place here for my character, so what do i do? WELL, i'll tell ya! all you have to do is post in the "housing" claim section under "paper work" in "YELLOWPAGES" and one of the admins will create a sub-board wherever you wanted one. but remember, you MUST include a picture of the layout of your housing, unless you're claiming a hotel or motel room, in which case, layout pictures will already be provided.
